The recent 40 percent tax hike on motorcycles above 350cc capacity may have put a dent in your plans to buy a new, powerful motorcycle. Under the new GST 2.0, all such premium two-wheelers have become
considerably less affordable and motorcycle enthusiasts are mourning across the country. However, the year-end may bring in a silver lining for prospective buyers of high-capacity motorcycles as manufacturers offer benefits and discounts on several premium models across segments.

For instance, Kawasaki India is offering up to Rs 55,000 benefit vouchers on two popular models, such as the Ninja 1100SX sports tourer and the Versys-X 300, which gets a benefit voucher worth Rs 25,000. Additional offers are available on other motorcycles, such as the Ninja 500 with a benefit voucher worth Rs 20,000 and the Ninja 300 with a Rs 5,000 voucher.
The cashback vouchers on the above-mentioned Kawasaki models are available till November 30, 2025. Offers are valid for both manufacturing year (MY) 2024 and MY 2025 motorcycles. The cashback amount will be redeemed on the ex-showroom value of each motorcycle at the showroom itself.
This means that Ninja 300 customers will get a Rs 5,000 discount on the ex-showroom price of Rs 3.17 lakh. The Ninja 500 would cost Rs 20,000 less than its ex-showroom price of Rs 5.66 lakh. Similarly, the twin-cylinder Versys 300 ADV will cost Rs 25,000 less than its original ex-showroom price of Rs 3,49 lakh. Kawasaki is offering the biggest benefit on the Ninja 100SX, which will now get a cash discount of Rs 50,000 on its Rs 14.42 lakh ex-showroom price tag. All cashback vouchers can be availed up to November 30, 2025.
With these year-end offers, Kawasaki is attempting to offset the recent GST price hikes on its premium models and attract buyers in November. The motorcycles on offer cover a wide range of segments from under 350cc sport bikes to mid-capacity ADVs, sports motorcycles and sport tourers.
