The Hyryder SUV registered its best-ever monthly wholesales in October 2025, clocking 11,555 units. This marks an impressive 112% year-on-year growth from 5,449 units in October 2024.
In comparison, the combined dispatches of the Innova Crysta and Innova Hycross stood at 11,294 units for the same month.
The Hyryder’s result also accounted for about 34% of Toyota Kirloskar Motor’s total UV dispatches of 33,809 units in October.
Toyota Hyryder: Under The Hood
One of the most important aspects that fall in favour of this SUV is the choice of multiple powertrain options. It comes in CNG, mild-hybrid, and strong-hybrid options. The strong-hybrid version houses a 1.5-litre TNGA unit, which puts out 114 bhp. The 1.5-litre mild-hybrid version delivers 102 bhp of maximum power and 137 Nm of peak torque. This unit is mated to a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic gearbox. Meanwhile, the factory-fitted CNG kit, producing 87 bhp and 121.5 Nm, is solely coupled to a five-speed manual transmission.
