Mahindra has launched the BE 6 Formula E Edition. Limited to just 999 units, this exclusive variant is priced at Rs 24.49 lakh (ex-showroom), bookings open on January 14, 2026, with deliveries beginning
a month later, on February 14. Each of the first 999 customers will receive a package of exclusive benefits, including a track-day experience with racing driver Kush Maini, a collector’s memorabilia box, and a personalised delivery moment.
Mahindra has also added a unique twist: buyers can pick a special number (0–99) to appear as a decal on their car’s door, while their first name will be featured on the Mahindra Racing car competing at the 2026 London E-Prix. Three lucky owners will also win a trip to London, with paddock access and a meet-and-greet with the Mahindra Racing team.

On the outside, it sports a motorsport-inspired look, circular projector headlamps within gloss-black bezels, orange highlights, 20-inch alloy wheels, and Firestorm Orange brake callipers. The roof and bonnet get 12-stripe graphics, while Formula E badges and FIA branding accent the SUV’s premium paintwork. Four colour choices are available: Everest White, Firestorm Orange, Tango Red, and Stealth Black.
Inside, the cabin carries forward the racing spirit with Firestorm Orange accents across the dashboard, seat belts, start/stop button, and steering controls. Formula E logos, translucent door inserts, a race-inspired start flap, and a unique startup animation add to the immersive experience.
Performance remains as strong as ever. The BE 6 Formula E Edition produces 282 bhp from its 79 kWh battery pack, delivering a 0–100 km/h time of 6.7 seconds and a top speed of 202 km/h. Mahindra claims a real-world driving range of around 500 km. Adding a fun twist, Mahindra has also announced a “BE 6 Formula E Ride-On” for children, a race-themed electric toy car priced at Rs 18,000, set to go on sale in April 2026.
