The 2025 version of this bike comes with a new LED projector headlamp that improves night visibility while giving the bike a bold, modern look. TVS has also added sleek LED DRLs and indicators which gives it a more premium feel.
One of the biggest highlights is the new 5-inch TFT color instrument console, connected via TVS SmartXonnect, which lets riders access turn-by-turn navigation, call and SMS alerts, and ride statistics from the dashboard.
It also has a traction control system (TCS) which is a big step for safety in this segment. It helps prevent the rear wheel from slipping on wet or uneven roads. It is especially useful for new/young riders.
The bike also gets a slip-and-assist clutch, which makes gear shifts smoother and reduces chances of wheel lock during sudden downshifts. The race-tuned USD front suspension which is available on higher variants improves handling, giving it a more premium look.

Performance and Engine
The Apache 160 4V continues to have its trusted 159.7cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, 4-valve engine that produces around 17.55 PS of power and 14.7 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 5-speed gearbox and offers three riding modes - Sport, Urban, and Rain, which allows riders to adjust performance depending on conditions.
Chassis, Brakes and Ride
The bike sits on a double-cradle chassis and comes with 17-inch alloy wheels. Depending on the variant, you can choose between front and rear disc brakes (dual-channel ABS) or a disc-drum setup (single-channel ABS). It is equipped with a 12-liter fuel tank that gives decent range for city and highway rides.
