Tata Motors has introduced the Ace Gold+, a new entry-level diesel variant in its Ace small commercial vehicle range, at a starting price of Rs 5.52 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned as the most affordable diesel option in the lineup, the Ace Gold+ is powered by a turbocharged Dicor engine producing 21.69 hp and 55 Nm of torque. It offers a payload capacity of 900 kg and multiple load deck configurations.
A key feature of the new model is its Lean NOx Trap (LNT) technology, which removes the need for Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF). This reduces maintenance requirements and operating costs while meeting current emission norms. The Ace Gold+ sits within Tata Motors’ wider small commercial vehicle and pickup portfolio—including the Ace Pro, Ace, Intra,
and Yodha—which spans payloads from 750 kg to 2 tonnes across diesel, petrol, CNG, bi-fuel, and electric powertrains.
Tata Motors backs the model with its Sampoorna Seva 2.0 programme, offering AMC packages, genuine spare parts, 24x7 roadside assistance, and nationwide support through 2,500 service outlets and the Star Guru ecosystem of trained technicians.
