Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the V-Strom SX adventure tourer in a refreshed version, priced at Rs 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2025 update introduces four new paint jobs with revised graphics,
giving the bike a sportier and more vibrant look while retaining its proven mechanical setup. To mark the launch, Suzuki flagged off its first-ever V-Strom Expedition, a 10-day ride from Delhi to Ladakh, offering customers the chance to test the motorcycle’s endurance in high-altitude conditions.

Suzuki V-Strom SX: New Colours And Design Updates
The V-Strom SX is now offered in Pearl Fresh Blue + Glass Sparkle Black, Champion Yellow No. 2 + Glass Sparkle Black, Pearl Glacier White + Metallic Mat Stellar Blue, and Glass Sparkle Black. The refreshed graphics add a sporty character, while textured side panels enhance its overall appeal. The motorcycle continues to carry Suzuki’s adventure-inspired styling, including the trademark “beak” derived from the DR-Z and DR-BIG lineage.
Suzuki V-Strom SX: Flagging Off The First V-Strom Expedition
To celebrate the launch, Suzuki Motorcycle India has organised its first-ever customer expedition. The 10-day journey, running from 26 September to 5 October 2025, will cover iconic Himalayan terrains, including Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh, before returning to Delhi. Riders will tackle challenging mountain passes, winding roads, and mixed terrains, with support from expert-led sessions on high-altitude riding, obstacle management, first-aid, and even adventure photography.
Suzuki V-Strom SX: Engine, Performance And Features
Coming to the mechanical side of things, the V-Strom SX continues to be powered by a 249cc, 4-stroke, single-cylinder, oil-cooled SOHC engine, with Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS). The motor delivers 26 hp at 9,300 rpm and 22.2 Nm at 7,300 rpm, paired with Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology for a balance of efficiency and performance. According to the brand, the bike's upright riding stance, solid handling, and comfort-focused ergonomics make it suitable for both urban use and long-distance adventure rides.

Suzuki V-Strom SX: Price, Availability And Offers
The V-Strom SX in its new avatar is available across all Suzuki dealerships in India at Rs 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Customers can also benefit from festive offers, including exchange bonuses up to Rs 5,000, extended warranty at Rs 1,709, and insurance benefits up to Rs 8,000.
