Ultraviolette has rolled out an attractive incentive programme for buyers who own a petrol bike and want to switch to one of their EVs. Called the 'Kill The Petrol Bill', the initiative aims to make the transition smooth and profitable for buyers with a cashback of up to Rs 30,000. The company says the programme is designed to uplift the financial benefits of EV ownership at a time when fuel prices remain high, encouraging more riders to switch to electric mobility and lower their running costs. Here's how upgrading from your current petrol bike to F77 or X-47 electric motorcycles can save you.
Here's How You Can Save 30,000 On Ultraviolette EVs
Buyers can save up to Rs 30,000 in cashback on F77 or X-47 models, with benefits calculated based on the mileage of their previous petrol two-wheeler
over the past two years. Riders with 20,000 kilometres of usage in the mentioned span of time will be eligible for a cash benefit of Rs 20,000. Those who have travelled 60,000 kilometres can secure Rs 24,000 in savings. With this change, buyers can benefit from reduced monthly fuel costs of Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 upon switching to electric. More information is available on the Ultraviolette website. Note that the advantages under this scheme are restricted to Rs 30,000.
