Hyundai Motor India Limited has refreshed one of its most popular compact SUVs, the Hyundai Venue, with new colour options and a bold new variant called the Venue Knight. The SUV now starts at Rs 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom), making it an attractive option for buyers looking for a feature-packed car under Rs 10 lakh.
New Colours
Hyundai has introduced two new matte colour options Hazel Blue Matte and Mystic Sapphire Matte, to give the Venue a more premium and modern look. These shades are aimed at buyers who want something different from the usual glossy finishes.
Alongside this, the company has also launched the Venue Knight edition, which brings a darker, sportier design theme. This edition has already seen strong demand, with over 92,000 units of the Knight range sold since its first launch in 2022.Engine Options
The 2026 Venue continues to offer three engine choices which are 1.2L petrol, which is good for daily city driving, 1.0L turbo petrol is for those who want more power and quick
acceleration and 1.5L diesel which is ideal for long drives and better fuel efficiency. Buyers can choose between manual, automatic, and DCT gearboxes depending on their driving comfort.
Technology And Features
One of the biggest highlights of the updated Venue is its strong focus on technology. It now comes with two large 12.3-inch screens, one for infotainment and one for driver information. It also supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with connected car features and over-the-air updates. This means the car can receive software updates without visiting a service centre.

These features are usually seen in bigger and more expensive SUVs, which makes the Venue stand out in its segment.
Safety
Safety is another area where the Venue has improved. It now comes with Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), which includes features like lane assist, collision warning, and smart cruise control. Along with this, the car offers 6 airbags as standard, electronic stability control (ESC) and 360-degree camera. These features make driving safer, especially for new drivers.
Design
The new Venue is slightly wider and taller than before, which improves cabin space. It also gets updated styling with LED headlights and alloy wheels, giving it a sharper road presence. The updated Hyundai Venue is not just about new colours. It brings better technology, more safety features, and improved comfort, all at a competitive starting price.
