The revised GST structure has brought price relief for entry-level motorcycle buyers in India. With the new GST 2.0 regime, the tax on two-wheelers up to 350cc has been adjusted, resulting in a drop in prices. One of the biggest beneficiaries of this change is Hero’s most popular commuter, the Splendor+.
Under the new regime, the Splendor+ range has received a price cut of up to Rs 7,813, making India’s favourite commuter bike even more accessible. Below are the updated prices of all variants:
- Splendor+ Drum Brake – Rs 73,902
- Splendor+ i3S OBD2B – Rs 75,055
- Splendor+ Special Editions OBD2B – Rs 75,055
- Splendor+ XTEC Drum Brake OBD2B – Rs 77,428
- Splendor+ XTEC Disc Brake OBD2B – Rs 80,471

The Splendor rides on an 80/100-18 tubeless tyre setup at both ends. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers at the front and a 5-step
adjustable hydraulic unit at the rear. Braking options vary by variant: the standard Splendor+ and Splendor+ XTEC 2.0 feature 130 mm drum brakes at both ends with an integrated braking system, while the Splendor+ XTEC offers a 240 mm front disc brake.
Feature differences across the range are minimal but notable. The Splendor+ and Splendor+ XTEC come with an electric start, MF 12V-3Ah battery, halogen headlamp, MFR-type tail and turn signal lamps. The Splendor+ XTEC 2.0 stands apart with an LED headlamp.
