Royal Enfield has updated the Hunter 350’s ex-showroom prices after the government’s GST 2.0 revision that has made the entire 350cc motorcycle line cheaper for buyers. The base-spec Factory variant is now priced at around Rs 1.38 lakh, while the higher trims retail at about Rs 1.67 lakh — reductions of roughly Rs 12,000–Rs 15,000 depending on the model. Why Prices Fell: The GST 2.0 Effect
The recent price revision goes hand-in-hand with the government’s GST 2.0 slab changes, where some motorcycles have been reclassified into lower tax brackets. This revision has been effective from September 22. As a result, in simple terms, the effective tax burden on many 350cc bikes has gone down so manufacturers have updated their sticker prices accordingly. Royal Enfield’s price adjustments are just a direct pass-through of these reduced tax rates for the affected models and not a subsidy from the manufacturer.
