Buying a Tata Nexon now will cost a little more than before. Tata Motors has revised the prices of the compact SUV across its lineup with the new rates already in effect. The revision applies to petrol, diesel and CNG versions although the increase is not identical for every variant. Apart from the updated pricing, nothing else has changed. The Nexon continues with the same engines, transmissions and equipment that were available earlier. So, if you were waiting to book one, this is the latest price you'll need to factor into your budget.
Nexon Prices Revised Across The Range
The Tata Nexon is now priced between Rs 7.39 lakh and Rs 14.24 lakh (ex-showroom). The entry point remains the Smart variant while the highest-priced version continues to be the diesel automatic.
Not every variant
has become expensive by the same amount. The increase differs depending on the trim and powertrain, so buyers comparing multiple variants should look at the updated price list instead of assuming a standard hike across the board. Here are the revised ex-showroom prices.

Tata Nexon: Why Has The Price Gone Up?
Tata Motors had already indicated that prices across its passenger vehicle range would be revised. Like several other manufacturers this year, the company has pointed to higher input and production costs as the reason behind the latest increase.
For customers, that simply means paying more for the same car. There are no feature additions, no cosmetic tweaks and no mechanical updates linked to this revision.
Anyone who received a quotation before the hike should ask the dealership for a fresh estimate as the difference may vary depending on the variant and booking stage.
What This Means For Buyers
A higher ex-showroom price usually has an effect beyond the sticker price. Registration charges, insurance premiums and road tax are calculated using the vehicle's value in many states which means the final on-road price could increase by more than the revision itself.
If you're deciding between two Nexon variants, now is a good time to compare their updated prices before paying the booking amount. Dealers may still be offering exchange benefits or other schemes that can partly offset the increase, so it is worth checking those as well.
The latest revision changes only one thing: the price. Everything else, from the engine choices to the feature list, remains exactly the same.
