Renault India has reported wholesales of 3,662 units in November 2025 which marked an 30.27% year-on-year growth compared to the same month last year. For a brand that has kept a relatively low profile
in recent years, this growth shows that Renault is steadily rebuilding its presence and trust in the Indian automotive market.
A strong wholesale number usually means demand is rising, and dealers are confident about selling more units. Renault's popular models, Triber and Kiger, played a huge role in this achievement and performance, as the new Triber, which is a compact 7-seater MPV, recorded 2,064 units, growing by 38.9% compared to last year and the new Kiger, which is Renault’s compact SUV, registered 1,151 units, a 47.75% growth from 2024.

These growth numbers show that customers across India are responding positively to Renault’s refreshed lineup. The Triber appeals to families looking for an affordable 7-seater, while the Kiger attracts buyers who want an SUV with modern styling and features at a lower price point. Renault also delivered 447 units of the Kwid, which is the small hatchback that has been a favourite for first-time or new car buyers.
One interesting highlight from Renault’s update is that demand is not just growing in big cities. Rural markets have also contributed strongly. This balanced growth shows that the brand has managed to build trust across diverse customer groups, from new drivers in towns to families in metro cities.
While current sales numbers are satisfying, Renault is preparing for something even bigger in 2026 with the return of the next-generation Renault Duster, which is an iconic SUV that once dominated its segment. The upcoming Duster is expected to bring modern features, fresh styling and strong performance and could become a major growth driver for the company.
Renault India’s performance in November 2025 clearly shows that the brand is moving in the right direction. With strong numbers for the Triber and Kiger, rising trust across markets and an exciting product pipeline, Renault seems ready for a stronger comeback in the Indian automotive landscape.
