The implementation of GST 2.0 has brought notable relief for two-wheeler buyers in India, especially in the commuter segment. Under the revised tax structure, two-wheelers with engines below 350cc now attract a lower tax rate of 18%, while bikes with engines above that capacity face a higher 40% GST. As a result, scooters like the Honda Dio have become more affordable across variants.
Honda has revised the prices of both its Dio 110 and Dio 125 models under the new GST regime. The Dio 110 sees a price reduction of up to Rs 7,157, while the larger Dio 125 is now cheaper by up to Rs 8,042. Following the price revision, the Honda Dio 110 is priced at Rs 68,846 for the Standard variant and Rs 79,723 for the DLX variant (ex-showroom). The Dio 125,
meanwhile, is priced at Rs 84,620 for the Standard variant and Rs 89,570 for the Smart variant (ex-showroom).
