Skoda Kushaq Facelift Launch: Skoda Auto India has launched Kushaq SUV facelift today (January 20) at an event held in Mumbai. The company didn't announce
the price of its new SUV, with reports suggesting that the price will likely be revealed in March. The Czech automobile manufacturer has already started pre-booking for Kushaq at a starting price of Rs 15,000, with deliveries set to begin by the end of March 2026, according to a company statement. Kushaq facelift will be available in 8 variants and striking new colours like Shimla Green, Steel Grey and Cherry Red. Speaking at the launch event, Ashish Gupta, brand director, Skoda Auto India, said that Skoda Kushaq facelift is a SUV designed and made in India, for India, bringing European engineering to everyday Indian driving. Positioned alongside flagship luxury SUVs like the Kodiaq and performance-oriented RS models such as the Octavia RS and Kodiaq RS, the Kushaq truly delivers an SUV for everyone. "The new Kushaq blends easy-to-flaunt style with effortless comfort. It now offers an electric sunroof as standard, a panoramic sunroof on higher variants, and alloy wheels across the range making the Kushaq facelift a more premium, feature-rich and confidence-inspiring companion for modern Indian roads," Gupta said. The Kushaq has received a 5-star GNCAP safety rating. Six airbags are standard across all variants. Front parking sensors have also been added, and higher variants will feature more than 40 active safety features.
