Ather Energy, which retained its #3 position, recorded its highest-ever monthly sales in October and has doubled volumes since April 2025. The company attributed the performance to strong festive demand and the continued success of its Rizta model.
Ola Electric slipped to the fourth position with 15,481 units and an 11.6% share, while Hero MotoCorp’s Vida brand stood fifth with 15,064 units (11%).
Ampere followed with 6,976 units (5%), ahead of Bgauss (2,760 units; 2%), Pure EV (1,637; 1.3%), and River (1,467; 1%).
Other manufacturers collectively accounted for 8,309 registrations, taking a 5.9% market share.
The strong October performance comes after a softer September, when total E2W registrations stood at 96,031 units, down from 104,453 in August.
In September, TVS led the market with 21,052 units, followed by Bajaj (17,972) and Ather (16,558).
