Boyko made his American Hockey League debut with the Hartford Wolf Pack on December 31, 2024, where he recorded a 32-save shutout and one assist. In five games with Hartford, he posted a 2-2-0 record, a 2.61 goals-against average, and a .917 save percentage. Boyko was originally selected by the Rangers in the fourth round of the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.
