KTM Duke 160 Launch Date (Expected)

Although no official launch date has been announced, reports suggest that KTM could unveil the Duke 160 in India as early as August 2025. Once launched, it will go up against the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V, Bajaj Pulsar NS160, Honda Hornet 2.0, and Yamaha MT-15.

KTM Duke 160 Design

Design-wise, the teaser confirms that the Duke 160 continues KTM’s aggressive styling language. Key visual elements include a muscular fuel tank, a sharp headlamp unit reminiscent of larger Duke models, and exposed frame elements. It also appears to be equipped with an underbelly exhaust, ventilated disc brakes on both ends, USD forks at the front, and a rear monoshock.

KTM Duke 160 Features

In terms of features, the Duke 160 is expected to offer full LED lighting. KTM may also introduce its new 5-inch bonded glass TFT instrument cluster, which supports Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. The inclusion of a slip-and-assist clutch or quickshifter remains unconfirmed at this stage.

KTM Duke 160 Engine Specifications (Expected)

Under the skin, the Duke 160 is likely to share its engine with the Bajaj Pulsar NS160, given the brands' shared ownership under Bajaj Auto. This would mean a 160.3cc single-cylinder, air- and oil-cooled engine producing around 17 hp and 14.6 Nm of peak torque. More information on the Duke 160 is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks as the launch nears.
