Scarlett House, Malaika’s first restaurant, was co-founded in partnership with restaurateur Dhaval Udeshi, her son Arhaan Khan, and Malaya Nagpal. It opened its doors in Bandra in December 2024, housed within a charming 90-year-old restored Portuguese bungalow. The dining space quickly earned recognition for its warm ambience and a menu focused on healthy yet delicious food.
Now, nearly a year later, the branch has expanded, with a second branch launched in Juhu on August 08. The location reflects the same philosophy of clean, mindful eating blended with homely flavours and a chic, intimate setting.
On Her Personal Front
Malaika Arora was previously married to actor and filmmaker Arbaaz Khan, with the couple tying the knot in 1998. They met during an advertisement shoot and were married for nearly two decades before announcing their separation in March 2016. The divorce was finalised in May 2017. Together, they share a child, Arhaan Khan, who was born in November 2002 and remains primarily with Malaika.
Following her divorce, Arora entered into a high-profile relationship with actor Arjun Kapoor in 2016. The couple remained together for several years before parting ways in 2024. Earlier this year, reports confirmed that Malaika had begun dating actor and entrepreneur Dino Morea, marking a new chapter in her personal life.
