Asian markets also traded in the green on Tuesday. Japan’s Nikkei 225 extended its post-election surge to scale new highs, rising 1.95 per cent. South Korea’s KOSPI gained 0.50 per cent, while Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was up 0.36 per cent at the last check.
