Stephen Graham’s Adolescence Bags Other Awards

Besides the co-creator and actor’s win, the series itself won both Outstanding Writing and Outstanding Limited or Anthology Series or Movie. 15-year-old Owen Cooper also became the youngest male Emmy winner in history after bagging the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Anthology. Following this, Erin Doherty won the Outstanding Supporting Actress award.

Adolescence’s Plot

The crime drama, directed by Philip Barantini, follows the story of a 13-year-old schoolboy, Jamie Miller (played by Owen Cooper). He gets arrested on the accusation of the murder of a girl in his school. The story then continues, unveiling suspense in each episode. Brad Pitt’s Plan B Entertainment has already expressed interest in developing a second season.
