awaiting the film, recent reports reveal that the actor sustained minor injuries during the shoot and is now taking a short break to recover.

According to sources close to the production, Salman has decided to rest over the next week before resuming the next leg of the film’s shoot in Mumbai. The upcoming schedule is said to be one of the most important schedules, as it will feature both emotional scenes and action sequences.

Salman To Skip Bigg Boss 19 This Weekend

Due to his injury, Salman will reportedly miss this week’s Weekend Ka Vaar episodes of Bigg Boss 19. As per a report by Telly Chakkar, the makers are planning to bring back director-choreographer Farah Khan as a guest host for the weekend episodes.

Farah has previously filled in for Salman alongside Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi. She is loved for her candid style, no-nonsense talk and sharp sense of humour.

Salman Khan To Shoot In Mumbai Next?

Pinkvilla, earlier in its report, shared that a source informed, “Salman Khan and the entire crew shot for Battle of Galwan at sub-10-degree temperatures in Ladakh. In fact, the actor battled his physical injuries, braving low oxygen levels and extreme weather conditions.”

He further added, “The team has shot for some action sequences and dramatic moments at real locations. There have been minor injury concerns for Salman as well, and he will be resting over the next week before returning to the sets for the Mumbai schedule. Around 45 days of the film have been shot at real locations in Ladakh, and Salman Khan was on the sets for 15 days for his part. The second schedule of the Battle of Galwan begins next week in Mumbai.”

Battle Of Galwan’s Storyline

Made under the direction of Apoorva Lakhia, the film takes viewers back to the harrowing 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops. The story, based on the novel India’s Most Fearless 3, shows a rare border skirmish that turned deadly without any firearms being used. Soldiers resorted to hand-to-hand combat with sticks and stones, making it one of the most emotionally charged stories in Indian history.

The Battle of Galwan shows Salman in a rugged, battle-hardened avatar. With its stirring storyline, the film is poised to be one of the most impactful cinematic tributes to India’s armed forces in recent years.
