in Mumbai surfaced on the internet. Now, Sreeleela has herself shared a series of photos from the convocation ceremony, along with a note thanking her family, friends and fans.
Sreeleela Pens Note After Completing MBBS
On Friday, Sreeleela took to her Instagram to share several pictures from the convocation ceremony. The first picture shows her hugging her mother, while a few other pictures show her holding her MBBS degree. Other photos from the convocation ceremony feature her friends and batchmates. In her caption, she wrote, “A milestone. A journey—one that you were a part of, knowingly or unknowingly. A sacred space that became my serene escape from the facade… a place where I could simply be me. Your girl kept her promise. This wasn’t just about a degree. It was about growth, faith, tears, resilience, and becoming.”

Sreeleela Thanks Her Family, Friends And Fans
“To my family, my friends, and my work friends—especially for accommodating my exams and standing by me through the chaos—thank you from the bottom of my heart. To everyone who believed in me when I was still learning to believe in myself… thank you,” she added.

Sreeleela gained widespread fame after her viral dance number Kissik in Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2. She is all set to make her Bollywood debut opposite Kartik Aaryan in Anurag Basu’s next film. Last year, Kartik and Sreeleela gave fans a sneak peek of their upcoming love story on social media. The teaser opened with Kartik in a rugged rockstar avatar, while Sreeleela’s sizzling chemistry with him added a fiery spark to the video.
Sreeleela will also be seen in Ustaad Bhagat Singh with Pawan Kalyan. The film is releasing on March 26, 2026. She is also set to star opposite Dhanush in director Rajkumar Periasamy’s next.
