Two North East tech firms, Leighton and Opencast, along with Polish company Spyrosoft, have launched the Digital Capability Exchange UK. This not-for-profit initiative aims to transform how tech companies access industry talent by creating a network for flexible talent resourcing. The exchange allows member companies to provide and seek talent for project opportunities, optimizing resource allocation and reducing recruitment costs. The initiative has grown to include nine member organizations and is undergoing a phased roll-out to accommodate increasing interest from tech leaders across the UK.
