Georgetown University's Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation has introduced a new digital tool aimed at improving collaboration among public benefits leaders. The Digital Benefits Ecosystem Directory + Map, launched on July 22, is available on the Digital Government Hub. It is designed to assist state and local agencies, nonprofits, academic institutions, and funders in enhancing access to public services like SNAP and Medicaid. The tool allows users to search by sector, type of work, or benefit program, housing information on over 700 organizations. Jennifer Phillips, program lead for network collaboration, emphasized the tool's dynamic nature, allowing organizations to update their profiles and add new information. The tool aims to facilitate quick discovery and long-term planning, linking organizations to related resources published on the hub.
