Ocean Networks, a telecom development company based in Hawaii, has announced a partnership with Prysmian and International Telecom to advance the Hawaiian Islands Fiber Link (HIFL) project. This initiative is part of Hawaii's Connect Kākou broadband program, which aims to improve high-speed internet access across the state.
