Avnu Alliance has initiated a new Aerospace Task Group aimed at deploying Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) in military and commercial aircraft. This initiative seeks to leverage TSN standards to enable precise, real-time communications between critical systems such as sensors, actuators, and flight controllers. The task group will focus on developing certified, interoperable networking solutions essential for next-generation aerospace platforms, building on the IEEE 802.1DP TSN Profile for Aerospace. The effort is supported by industry stakeholders including Keysight Technologies and GE Aerospace, who are sponsoring the inaugural Aerospace and Defense TSN Summit.
