Ahead of tomorrow’s undisputed heavyweight title fight between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois, both fighters appeared today for their official weigh in. Oleksandr Usyk would tip the scale at 227.3 lbs while Daniel Dubois would weigh in at 243.8 lbs. The fighters would have one last face off for the cameras before they were both asked some final parting questions.
When Dubois was asked what was going through his head as he gets this close to the fight, he responded, “I’m locked in, I’m focused. I can’t
wait...I’m going to win by any means necessary.”
Usyk would then be asked about this chance at going undisputed for a third time in his career and how big of an opportunity this is. “For me, it’s a great opportunity for my people and my country.”
