Bayern Munich’s next target in the transfer window is reported to be Chelsea FC’s Christopher Nkunku. With Kingsley Coman expected to leave to Saudi Arabia, the Bavarians have lined up his replacement on the wing. The 27-year-old attacker from Chelsea is available only for a full transfer with no option to loan for Bayern Munich.
Per a report by Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have laid down a condition that they will not loan Nkunku. If Bayern wishes to acquire the attacker, then purchasing him is the only
option. The Blues themselves are eager to bring in Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig. Nkunku’s sale is expected to pave the way for Simmons to leave for London. Thus, a transfer domino is already in motion, starting with Kingsley Coman.
It is also to be noted that this transfer’s interest is very much mutual and Nkunku is also reported to be keen on joining Bayern Munich. After a failed attempt in January, can Bayern get their man this time ?
