Match Preview
The Blues landed in the US of A earlier this week to continue their preseason training, with the biggest question marks still hanging over the team regarding squad reinforcements.
At a fan-event last night manager David Moyes insisted that he is still looking to sign up to nine players by the time the summer transfer window closes, but quite when he will integrate those players into the squad with the season starting in just over three weeks will remain to be seen.
The Blues had a rusty performance
away at Accrington Stanley to kick off the preseason, and then slipped to a defeat at Blackburn Rovers shortly after.
The Cherries had the Blues number last season, beating them all three times they met in all competitions including that headscratching come-from-behind win when they overturned a 2-1 deficit in the 88th minute at Goodison Park to win 3-2.
