
After claiming the SouthEastern Conference title, Head Coach Jim Schlossnagle and his staff have announced the 2025 post-season awards.
The six awards are: the James and Huston Street Longhorn Award, the Brooks Kieschnick Team MVP, the Keith Moreland Offensive Player of the Year, the Greg Swindell Pitcher of the Year, the Spike Owen Defensive Player of the Year and the Sean Braswell Academic MVP. Each award is named after former Longhorns honored for their contributions to the baseball program.
The Longhorn Award is named after father and son Longhorn legends and was created to recognize the player who most embodies what it means to be a Longhorn through leadership, selflessness and integrity on and off the field.
The 2025 post-season award winners are:
Kimble Schuessler — James and Huston Street Longhorn Award
Rylan Galvan — Brooks Kieschnick Team MVP & Keith Moreland Offensive Player of the Year
Dylan Volantis — Greg Swindell Pitcher of the Year
Jalin Flores — Spike Owen Defensive Player of the Year
Luke Harrison — Sean Braswell Academic MVP
