Robert Lewandowski’s agent reveals striker turned down monster Saudi offer to stay at Barcelona

Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski has been targeted by Saudi clubs in recent years and has been tipped to move to the Middle East when his contract expires in 2026.

His agent, Pini Zahavi has once again reiterated his desire to stay at Barcelona and revealed he’s already turned down a monster offer to leave.

“This is his place on earth, where he feels most comfortable,” he told Fakt.

“Besides, clubs in Saudi Arabia are overflowing with players; they don’t know what to do with them. There are limits

on the number of foreigners allowed, which limits their options. But Robert didn’t want to play there anyway.

“A year ago, he received a concrete offer. They offered him more than €100 million per season. Per season! But he preferred to fight for La Liga and the Champions League. And he almost achieved both goals.”

Lewandowski is currently preparing for the start of another season with Barca but is expected to miss their opening games due to a hamstring injury
