Broncos HC Sean Payton says the team is close to working out a new contract for WR Courtland Sutton

Sean Payton broke some news during the Broncos' post-practice training camp press conference. He was asked about Courtland Sutton’s lack of participation in team drills and told reporters that he believes the two sides are close to working out a new contract.

He states that something could get done at some point today.
