AAA: Sugar Land Space Cowboys (51-51) lost 9-6 (BOX SCORE)
Arrighetti got the rehab start for Sugar Land and went 4.2 innings allowing 6 runs, 5 earned. The offense got on the board in the first inning scoring a run on a wild pitch. They got 2 more runs in the 4th on a Barber sac fly and Hurtubise RBI single. The pen allowed a few runs as Tacoma extended their lead. The offense rallied for 3 runs in the 9th on a Whitcomb RBI double, Davidson
RBI single and Salazar RBI single but the comeback fell short as Sugar Land fell 9-6.
Note: Whitcomb has a .919 OPS in Triple-A.

Pinto got the start and went 5 no-hit innings though he walked four and allowed 1 run. The offense got on the board in the 4th scoring 3 runs on a fielder’s choice and bases loaded walks to Vogel and Brutcher. In the 7th, the offense added 3 more runs on a Bush 2 run single and Spence RBI groundout. Janek would add a solo HR in the 9th inning. Perez and Swiney tossed 2 scoreless innings each as they closed out the 7-1 win.

Gonzalez started for the Woodpeckers and tossed 2.1 scoreless innings. He was relieved by Frias who went 1.2 scoreless. In the 5th inning, the Crawdads got 5 runs off Rodriguez to take the lead. The offense responded with 3 runs in the 5th on a Huezo RBI single, Villarroel RBI single and run scoring on a passed ball. In the 6th, the offense rallied again scoring 2 runs on a Huezo 2 run single and then Powell connected on a go-ahead 3 run HR. In the 8th, Huezo connected on a 2 run HR to extend the lead. After allowing the 5 runs in the 5th, Rodriguez buckled down and went 4 scoreless to close out the 10-5 win.
