The Atlanta Braves are taking on the San Francisco Giants in a three game series as the time for the the Braves to make a late season push to make the postseason is dwindling fast.
The Braves will hope that Ronald Acuña Jr. and Matt Olson can stay hot and can get some help from the rest of the offense as the Giants’ starter Hayden Birdsong has been struggling in his past six starts.
Bryce Elder is taking the mound for the Braves and has a 9.67 ERA and 7.39 FIP since his 8.0 inning gem in the first
week of June.
The Braves will need to score early and often with the Giants’ bullpen having the best ERA in MLB.
First pitch is at 7:15 EDT
