Trick Williams is the current TNA champion, a former NXT champion, and still one of the top guys on the WWE developmental brand’s roster. He’s been doing his thing for some time, but he’s still finding his voice, still carving out his path. To help that along, he rub elbows with The Undertaker’s LFG team and created enough of a story to bring “The Phenom” to NXT television for a confrontation.
Said confrontation went just about the way you would think it would between one of the most revered Legends
in the industry and a guy holding a TNA championship in 2025.
The Undertaker talked down to Trick Willy after getting a strong reception, eventually leading to Williams standing up for himself and putting himself over everyone:
