
Same question as yesterday, but now with a different day. There were a lot more names picked in Day Two, so this should be an easier assignment.
I will say that I got a chuckle out of the Braves drafting Logan Forsythe. Sure, it’s not the dueling Max Muncies in California, but still, drafting a guy with a not-super-common name that’s identical to the name of a prior major leaguer is pretty funny. Plus, original flavor Forsythe is only 38 right now, maybe it’s a Never Been Kissed thing and he’s just
posing as a college student to get another crack at the bigs. I mean, probably not, but you never know.
Also, as vivabeta noted in the comments, between the Braves drafting an Essenburg, a Beidelschies, a Braunschweig, a Wagner, and a Friese, they’re definitely well on their way to fielding an entire Prussian cavalry / German tank division of recent draftees.
