Report: After being turned away, Bayern Munich putting together second proposal to Liverpool for Luis Diaz

Bayern Munich saw its proposal of €67.5 million for Luis Diaz to Liverpool FC soundly rejected and is now preparing a follow-up bid:

FC Bayern have submitted their first written offer to Liverpool for Luis #Diaz this morning, worth €67.5 million. It was immediately rejected, as first via The Athletic and confirmed. #LFC

Bayern are preparing a new offer. As reported yesterday, the transfer of Díaz remains Bayern’s top priority. There is still no full agreement between Díaz and Bayern, but that is not

expected to be a problem. He could sign a contract until 2029 or 2030.

What will the new offer entail? If recent reports are to be believed, it needs to be at least €80 million.
