Happy Friday one and all.
The Arizona Cardinals are continuing to beef up training camp, with another padded practice today, and then following up with the Red and White Practice tomorrow, which is padded as well.
It seems like a new day.
One thing that I have spoken about on the podcast and talked about here is the emergence of second year guard Isaiah Adams.
While nothing in training camp matters in terms of how they actually do in live NFL games, to see Adams stepping up and having a strong training camp is
a big development.
"Isaiah had a hell of a day, had a hell of a week last week, honestly."

That would mean that two Arizona Cardinals draft picks have developed into starting quality offensive linemen in the NFL, in three years under Monti Ossenfort, which was not something we saw in the previous regime.
Fans have lamented the lack of drafting and developing along the lines, and while we know of only Paris Johnson Jr. being a quality NFL starter, Ossenfort is at least throwing premium picks at the situation.
Now it is up to the coaches to continue to develop those players.
