Today is the 4th day of training camp. In the pre-practice press conference, Dan Quinn announced that veteran wide receiver Terry McLaurin has reported to training camp despite not yet agreeing to terms on an extension with the Commanders front office. Quinn said that GM Adam Peters would continue to work towards an agreement on an extension with McLaurin, who is under contract through the end of the ‘25 season.
Quinn also said that McLaurin would open camp on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP)
list due to Terry’s ankle. On PUP, McLaurin is prohibited under the CBA from participating in team on-field activities but he is allowed to participate in meetings and do individual rehabilitation.
