WHAT'S THE STORY?

Bryan Zaragoza’s time at Bayern Munich seemed destined to fail from the moment the Spaniard set foot at the club. Though he was signed as an exciting talent who was tearing La Liga apart, things simply never clicked for him at Bayern. He was brought in on loan for six months, then chucked away on loan again as soon as his permanent transfer to Bavaria was made official.

Not that his prospects have improved now. After returning from his loan spell at Osasuna, Bayern immediately informed Zaragoza that they

were not planning with him and both parties agreed to a separation. Bayern even left Zaragoza out of their Club World Cup squad.

On July 18, Zaragoza then confirmed a change in agency, as captured by @iMiaSanMia:

Bryan Zaragoza has changed his agents and is now represented by LIAN Sports agency, representing the likes of Kerkez, Onana and Chiesa.

But...why now? Perhaps Zaragoza’s former agency got fired for failing to land him an appropriate move. The former Granada CF winger has been looking for a new club all summer to no avail, after all. Hopefully his new agency will do a better job of securing him a move so that he can find a new environment to thrive in.
