Real Madrid midfielder Franco Mastantuono could become crucial for Xabi Alonso as soon as he arrives at the club, according to a report from AS.
Alonso is planning his Real Madrid team and wants to heavily rely on Mastantuono as soon as possible, so he can adapt to the team quickly.
Mastantuono will be given a lot of minutes off the bench in the first few games, and could gradually become a starter at the club, too.
Alonso is also planning how everything would work when Jude Bellingham is out, and the
report says that Mastantuono will be huge in that timeframe.
Mastantuono is a profile Real Madrid don’t have, so it works a lot in his favor. Time will tell how crucial he is from the get-go.
It remains to be seen just how significant an impact the player will have, but Mastantuono seems like a special talent who will only improve at the club as he gets more minutes on the pitch.
