Real Madrid attacker Endrick will miss at least two months with the hamstring injury he picked up during one of the last training sessions the club hosted in the United States. Endrick was about to finish his recovery process from this very same injury, which he initially suffered in May.
This is bad news for the Brazilian forward, as he will also need some more time to improve his form and conditioning when he completes his recovery. He has yet to complete a training session under new coach Xabi
Alonso, so Endrick will also need to learn a new system during his first few sessions.
With Endrick out for at least the first few games of the season, Gonzalo Garcia seems ready to get a prominent role after his impressive performances in the FIFA Club World Cup, where he won the Best Scorer award after finding the back of the net four times while also delivering one assist.
