Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos is once again reported to be on Real Betis’ radar for this summer transfer window, with the Sevilla-based club considering a potential transfer for the player, according to a report published on AS.
Ceballos doesn’t appear to be on Xabi Alonso’s plans for this season, so the midfielder could very well decide to make his return to Betis if the club actually decide to send some kind of offer for him. However, there are people inside Betis’ board of directors that
would be against bringing Ceballos back, knowing that he could have signed for them as a free agent back in 2023.
If Real Madrid end up parting ways with the Spanish player, they should probably sign another midfielder to their squad even if only for depth purposes. However, it looks like Real Madrid are not very intrigued by the midfielders available in the market at this point.
