Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) just wrapped its early (and official) weigh ins for the upcoming UFC Vegas 108 mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which goes down tomorrow night (Sat., Aug. 2, 2025) at the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dana White’s “Contender Series” standout Rafael Estevam missed weight for his flyweight contest against Felipe Bunes on the “Prelims” portion of the UFC Vegas 108 fight card and will have
to forfeit 25 percent of his “show” purse, payable directly to Bunes.
Estevam tipped the scale at 130 against 125 for Bunes.
Similarly, middleweight bruiser Tresean Gore, who cut his teeth on Season 29 of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF), clocked in at 189.5 opposite 185 for opponent Rodolfo Vieira. “Mr. Vicious” will also be coughing up 25 percent of this weekend’s “show” purse.
