The MLB Trade Deadline is still days away, but the Yankees have already gotten a portion of their shopping done. Not content to run the likes of Oswald Peraza and Jorbit Vivas out there for another week, Brian Cashman brought in Ryan McMahon from the Rockies

and Amed Rosario from the Nationals.

McMahon cost the Yankees pitching prospects Griffin Herring and Josh Grosz, while Clayton Beeter and outfielder Browm Martinez went to Washington in exchange for Rosario. Neither was an overwhelming package, but, neither McMahon nor Rosario are overwhelming players.

We’ll keep it simple with this week’s questions: Did you approve of each of these opening moves?

The Yankees surely aren’t done just yet, and these may not even be the biggest moves they make. They have moved quickly to address their infield situation though, and they’ll hope that McMahon in particular can stabilize a third base position that had become a black hole. Cast your vote and let us know how you feel about the team’s opening salvos in the trade market.
