So far in training camp, the New Orleans Saints have done really well to avoid injuries. This has been the focus of head coach Kellen Moore in preparing the players’ bodies to prevent more minor injuries from piling up, as we have seen in past years. Still, there is only so much you can do to avoid injuries. But after yesterday’s practice, Moore announced that Saints All-Pro defensive back J.T. Gray is dealing with a lower body injury.

As of now, the specific injury and timetable are still unclear, but as Moore said, it should be more minor. If that is the case, the Saints will avoid a significant loss on special teams.
