Barcelona coach Hansi Flick is well known for his rules and strict approach and has reportedly made a few changes during the off-season.

A new report from Diario Sport reveals that Flick “does not want more distractions than are fair and necessary” and has made changes to the “internal code” at the club.

The German coach wants to minimise the media exposure on his players in a bid to ensure they are completely focused on their football ahead of the start of the season.

or sponsorship events but Flick wants to make sure there is more discretion and they are not in the spotlight as much.

He’s even asked his players to “reduce their social agenda” and make sure that their private life fits in with the career of an elite athlete.

Flick’s new rules come as he heads into his second season with Barcelona, knowing that expectations will be high after the success of his debut campaign.
