
Mexico has announced the squad that will take part in the 2025 U15 CONCACAF Championship to be played in Alajuela, Costa Rica from August 2nd to the 10th. Coach Yasser Corona will coach the team that will hope to improve on their 2nd place finish in the 2023 Edition played in the Dominican Republic.
The squad list was the following:
Goalkeepers: Jose Corona (Tijuana), David Bernal (Mazatlan)
Defenders: Juan Garza (Monterrey), Alexander Aguilar (Chivas), Patricio Gil (Monterrey), Giovani Garcia (Pumas),
Axel Sandoval (Leon)
Midfielders: Robert Oliveras (Barcelona), Lisandro Torres (LAFC), Dylan Reyes (Houston Dynamo), Juan Martinez (LA Galaxy), Paxon Ruffin (Monterrey), Henry Godinez (Tigres) Ilich Blanco (America)
Forwards: Da’vian Kimbrough (Sacramento Republic), Matthew Arana (Houston Dynamo), Xavier Gomez (FC Dallas), Patricio Silva (Monterrey)
Mexico has been placed in Group A along with Honduras, Panama, Nicaragua and El Salvador. The top two teams in the Group will advance to the Semifinals. Mexico will make their debut in the tournament on Sunday, August 3rd against Nicaragua.
