Newest Zag Mario Saint-Supery will be playing with the Spain senior national team for the 2025 Eurobasket this summer after playing with the team in the qualifiers back in February. He will be replacing Lorenzo Brown, who is not competing due to personal reasons.
The tournament will take place in Finland from August 27th through September 14th. This is an opportunity for the combo guard to gain even more valuable playing experience at just 19 years old.

Saint-Supery will be one of the top international players in college basketball next season, given his vast professional background with BAXI Manresa and Unicaja in Spain. The 6-4, 170-pound playmaker finished with 7.7 points on a shooting split of 43.6 field goal percentage/32.7 three-point percentage/82.5 free throw percentage, 2.5 assists, and 2.1 rebounds in 15.3 minutes per game this past season with BAXI Manresa in the LIGA ACB.
Gonzaga coach Mark Few recently told the Spokesman-Review’s Theo Lawson that he intends to play Saint-Supery in his freshman campaign. Few noted that he’s a true point guard, but is able to play off the ball thanks to his large stature. The top youth prospect from Spain has four years of college eligibility.
