As the summer goes on, rumors continue to grow that Tottenham Hotspur will make an attempt to get Bayern Munich midfielder João Palhinha:

Tottenham are considering a move for João Palhinha, who is available for a move this summer, but Spurs would prefer a loan rather than a permanent deal [@JackPittBrooke @TheAthleticFC]

In addition, Weekend Sports co-founder & deputy editor-in-chief Sébastien Vidal, is reporting that Tottenham is preparing a €52 million offer for João Palhinha:

We love a good swap deal rumor...so here you go. Juventus and AS Roma are — allegedly — talking:

United States midfielder Weston McKennie could be included in a swap deal that would see Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante join Juventus, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. This comes with McKennie’s contract ending in 2026 and talks about a renewal having stalled. There have already been indirect contacts and the Giallorossi are open to bringing in McKennie, although they would rather swap the 26-year-old for Lorenzo Pellegrini, whose contract also ends next summer, but he is seen as less of a fit for the characteristics the Bianconeri want.

Bayern Munich have already seen a €65 million bid to sign Diaz rejected, with the Reds holding out for €75m. Meanwhile, Gordon, a boyhood Liverpool fan despite playing for Everton in his early career, could be available for a similar fee and Arne Slot will need to find a replacement.
